Synopsis
With your RideConnect ride share platform, you and your clients are able to schedule the pickups of packages and where they have to be dropped off.
Your clients, who are also on the RideConnect platform and are a part of your community, are able to schedule the pickup of their packages, whether those are envelopes or boxes.
Depending on the sensitivity of your courier service, you are able to setup your client base using one of the three methods that are available to you for your community setup, or a combination of them.
Once you have your community setup, your clients can schedule package deliveries up to 30 days in advance. This allows you to plan your route and day, and optimizes your schedule.
When you see a schedule appear on your RideBoard, you are able to snooze it until a time closer to the scheduled time, or immediately make an offer. If your clients have an urgent delivery, they can send you an immediate request, which will appear as a hail. If they hail you, you have to decide to either accept it or reject it right away.
When that time arrives, you are reminded of the schedule, at which time you can make an offer. Your offer can include the fee that you charge. If they accept it, then you can confirm and the app will direct you to the pickup.
Your clients can introduce you to new customers through the community networking feature. This way, you can grow your cliente.
