You are a UPS store, Mailboxes etc. or an individual with a vehicle and you would like to operate a package delivery service where your customers can schedule pickups of packages for transport by you to a destination where you can drop off the package and, optionally, collect payment. | |
Prerequisites: Your own vehicle and your own insurance |
Synopsis
Customers need their packages delivered. With your RideConnect rideshare, your customers can schedule the delivery of the package to the destination where they must be delivered and schedule the pickup with you via the RideConnect app.
At a time before the pickup has been scheduled, the app informs you of the details.
You can offer to pickup the package per the schedule and propose the price of the shipment.
If your customer who is making the shipment agrees to the price that you have proposed, the app locks in the transaction and navigates you to the pickup address.
Once the package has been picked up and the cash payment has been collected from the shipper, the RideConnect app then navigates you to the destination.
In case you're a store (e.g. Mailboxes ETC. etc.), your destination will be your store location.
