When using RideConnect on Wi-Fi and the provider is TWC, a user may experience connectivity issues
The user is connected to Wi-Fi that is provided by TWC. As a result, RideConnect is unable to connect to our servers intermittently and displays error messages. The user is unable to use the app
Disconnect from the TWC Wi-Fi and wait for up to a minute. Then try again using Wi-Fi from another provider or using mobile data.
