Question.png You are registering for the app but when you wish to set your security code, you are unable to do so
Aha.png During the registration process, you need to secure your profile by selecting a security code and confirming it. However if you have changed the phone text size in your phone settings, this could prevent you from proceeding.


Try the following:


  1. Go to your settings
  2. Locate the display/screen settings and identify the setting for text size
  3. Ensure that it is not set to the largest size
