When installing RideConnect on Google Pixel or Google Pixel XL, the user is unable to complete the registration process

The user installs RideConnect and completes their profile setup. When they are presented with the "Enable ridesharing" screen, they proceed.

Once the user uploads a picture of their car, the app saves the data but does not complete the registration.

The user is now stuck and is unable to use the app.

The failed installation has to be reset by customer support.

Send an email to RideConnect Support with your handle and phone number. The erroneous data will be deleted.

Once you receive a notification that the erroneous data has been deleted, uninstall RideConnect from your phone and then reinstall it.

Then, start the registration process.

During the registration process, on the screen where you are asked to start the ridesharing process, note that there is a skip button at the top right. Press it to skip the ridesharing process and complete the registration.

Once the registration has completed, you can enable ridesharing from the option in the slideout menu.
